Ace Home Services is hiring an In-store Sales Appointment Setter to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Flagstaff, AZ. This in-store role is not remote and requires weekend availability.

You will engage shoppers, schedule estimates for Heating & A/C replacements, and set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups while professional representation and accuracy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements.
• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups.
• Represent Ace with professionalism and accuracy.
• Work in-store at partner locations (not remote).
