ACE Home Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Prescott, AZ. This role requires engaging shoppers, scheduling Free Estimates for heating and A/C replacements, and setting appointments for seasonal tune-ups.

It operates in a busy retail setting and prioritizes accuracy and customer care. The position is part-time and requires weekend availability and the ability to work on-site in Prescott/Prescott Valley stores.

What you will do:

• Work in-store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call-center role)


• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements


• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups (think "oil change" for your A/C system)


• Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy

Schedule and Shift:

• The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores


• The ability to work weekends is required.
