Job summary

Ace Home Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Prescott and Prescott Valley. You will engage shoppers, schedule Free Estimates for heating and cooling replacements, and set appointments for seasonal tune-ups.

This is a part-time, in-store role with weekend requirements and opportunities for commissions. The team emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach within a supportive culture

What you will do:

• Work in-store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call-center role)


• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements


• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups (think "oil change" for your A/C system)


• Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy

Schedule and Shift:

• We are looking forPart time


• The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores


• The ability to work weekends is required.

• $15-18 per hour guaranteed, with commission up to $32 hourly
