Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to drive HVAC and plumbing service leads inside national home improvement stores. No HVAC experience required; you will engage shoppers, ask questions, and educate them on solutions while earning commission.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
• We are looking for people who are outgoing and willing to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings and background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
