Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. You’ll discuss upgrades, air quality, and energy savings with customers, generate leads for free in-home consultations, or sell tune-ups.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available with paid training. Weekly pay and advancement opportunities are offered, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
