American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Greensboro, NC. Pay is $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commission.

Flexible hours with weekend availability; both part-time and full-time opportunities. Earn an average $25-$35 per hour with incentives and weekly pay, with paid training and benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and people-focused, able to talk with shoppers in retail environments.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to stand/walk during shifts; weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs and educate on HVAC/plumbing solutions.
