Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations, with flexible part-time and full-time options.

Earn $23-$25 per hour plus uncapped commission. Typical earnings range $25-$35 per hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and work toward lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from first contact.
