ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services and tune-ups. Earn hourly pay plus commissions with uncapped commissions and paid training, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant and lead-generation support.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services; support lead-generation and scheduling in-home consultations.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Promote service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians.
• Note: not door-to-door, not canvassing, and not a canvasser.
