Coolray Nashville is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to engage customers, promote products and services, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role offers pay with commissions and flexibility for part-time or full-time work, along with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in retail is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated personality.
• Reliable transportation to travel to store locations.
• Proficiency with a smartphone for emails/texts.
• HVAC knowledge is not required but willingness to learn helps.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and introduce them to the company’s products and services.
• Walk stores and engage customers about their home service needs.
• Explain product features and benefits and gather customer requirements.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates at homes.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings/trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
