Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk or sit 4–8 hours.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use smartphone, email and text.
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and engage them about the company’s products and services.
• Walk stores, discuss home service needs with customers.
• Explain features and benefits of products/services and gather customer needs.
• Schedule home visits by Sales Consultants to provide estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings.
