Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to represent our team inside local Home Depot stores. You’ll engage customers, educate them on generator solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with Thursday–Monday shifts and weekend availability. We provide hands-on training, growth opportunities, and an equal opportunity workplace; background

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates.

• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Conduct in-store product knowledge trainings and demonstrations.
