Job summary

PF&TCO seeks a Sales & Lead Development Specialist for our retail locations to drive in-store engagement, identify potential customers, and schedule in-home consultations for flooring or tile installation services. You will follow up with customers, evaluate lead quality, coordinate appointments, and work toward monthly targets while partnering with store teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years in lead generation or retail sales preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in-store and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home consultations and coordinate installation appointments.
