Shentel is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative in Appomattox, VA to connect with customers in store and by phone, helping them choose reliable internet solutions. You will represent Shentel in the community and play a key role in delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Paid onboarding and product training.
• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the store.
• Provide sales and service support through our inbound customer call queue and outbound warm calls to potential customers.
• Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Shentel solutions.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow your customer base.
• Use the sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals.
• Process customer payments by credit card and cash.
