Shentel's Glo Fiber in York, PA is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative to help customers pick fiber internet and build lasting relationships in-store and by phone.

You'll earn $60,000–$80,000+ with uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and a clear path to higher earnings as you grow your customer base in a supportive team environment. This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives on challenges and represents Glo Fiber in the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Comfort with target-driven earnings and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store.
• Provide sales and service support through inbound calls and outbound warm calls.
• Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow the customer base.
• Process customer payments by credit card and cash.
