Glo Fiber, backed by Shentel, seeks a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative. This in-store role combines customer service with sales in a fast-growing fiber brand, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Energetic, people-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store.
• Provide sales and service support via in-store and inbound calls; make outbound warm calls.
• Ask questions to identify needs and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow the customer base.
• Process payments by credit card and cash.
