Job summary

Living Spaces in Scottsdale seeks an in-store design-focused sales associate to engage guests and drive revenue through interior design guidance. You will partner with customers to understand design goals, present room designs and process transactions.

Role requires weekend work, familiarity with design software, and an associate degree in interior design. Training and certification are provided by Living Spaces.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in interior design required; 1-2 years in retail or furniture helpful.
• Experience using design software is a plus; strong guest service skills.
• Must complete internal Living Spaces certification program.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine design goals and requirements for each project.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture and accessories.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
• Support store team to help guests and achieve revenue targets.
