Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a design-focused sales professional to engage guests, determine design goals, and offer tailored product recommendations in-store. You will present room designs and coordinates with scheduled design appointments, applying product knowledge to support sales targets.

Ideal candidates have an interior design background, strong customer service experience, and familiarity with design software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in interior design or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Vocational certificate or degree in interior design.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and execute sales using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals and requirements of their design project.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
