Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, in partnership with American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive lead generation, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with service technicians.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission, weekly direct-deposit pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
