Job summary

Andy's Statewide Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers in Michigan. You will engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups.

This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in retail, acting as product consultant and lead-gen support.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• This role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
