Job summary

Andy's Statewide Heating and Cooling, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. You will earn hourly pay plus commission and help schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail/sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers as an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations or HVAC service appointments with technicians.
• This role is not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser work.
