Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services and consultations.

Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour with commission; earning potential averages $20-$30 per hour

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail setting as a product consultant.
• Sales experience in retail, kiosk, or similar is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Must attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check is required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand Ambassador representing ARS with enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups.
• Coordinate with service techs and comfort advisors for appointments.
• Note: not door-to-door or canvassing.
