Job summary

Binsky Home Service is seeking a friendly Retail HVAC Lead Generator to represent our Lennox line inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations in New Jersey. You’ll engage members, qualify homeowners, and schedule appointments for our HVAC Comfort Advisors to visit and provide estimates.

This is not an in-store sales role, and training will be provided. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable talking to people in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Binsky Home Service and Lennox professionally inside assigned BJ's Wholesale Club locations.
• Proactively engage BJ's members in friendly conversations.
• Ask qualifying questions about the homeowner's heating and air-conditioning system.
• Identify homeowners who may have older equipment or energy concerns.
• Explain the benefits of scheduling a complimentary in-home HVAC replacement consultation.
• Schedule appointments for HVAC Comfort Advisors.
• Accurately collect customer contact information and appointment details.
• Maintain the retail display and lead-generation area neatly.
• Meet goals for conversations, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Communicate regularly with management about activity and results.
• Follow BJ's, Lennox, and Binsky policies.
