Job summary

Binsky Home Service is seeking an energetic Retail HVAC Lead Generator to represent Lennox and our brand inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations in New Jersey. You will engage members, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Comfort Advisors.

You do not need HVAC expertise; training is provided. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to our growing residential service business.

• Schedule appointments for Comfort Advisors.
• Collect customer contact information and appointment details.
• Maintain the lead-generation area neatly and professionally.

Position Summary

Binsky Home Service is looking for outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to represent our company and Lennox heating and cooling products inside select BJ's Wholesale Club locations.

What You'll Do

• Represent Binsky Home Service and Lennox professionally inside assigned BJ's Wholesale Club locations.
• Proactively engage BJ's members in friendly, natural conversations.
• Ask simple qualifying questions about the homeowner's current heating and air-conditioning system.
• Identify homeowners who may have older equipment, comfort problems, high energy bills, frequent repairs, or an interest in upgrading their HVAC system.
• Explain the benefits of scheduling a complimentary in-home HVAC replacement consultation.
• Generate qualified HVAC replacement leads.
• Schedule appointments for Binsky Home Service HVAC Comfort Advisors.
• Accurately collect customer contact information and appointment details.
• Maintain the retail display and lead-generation area in a clean and professional manner.
• Meet individual goals for customer conversations, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Communicate regularly with Binsky Home Service management regarding activity and results.
• Follow all BJ's Wholesale Club, Lennox, and Binsky Home Service policies and professional standards.

What This Position Is NOT

You are not expected to be an HVAC technician or Comfort Advisor. You will not diagnose HVAC systems, quote replacement prices, design systems, or close HVAC replacement sales. Start the conversation -> Identify the opportunity -> Generate the lead -> Schedule the appointment. Our HVAC Comfort Advisors handle the rest.

Schedule

This position is designed around high-traffic retail periods and may include weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and peak seasonal HVAC periods. Schedules may vary based on BJ's Wholesale Club traffic, location, and business needs.
