Job summary

Binsky Home Service is seeking an energetic Retail HVAC Lead Generator to represent Lennox and our brand inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations in New Jersey. You will engage members, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Comfort Advisors.

You do not need HVAC expertise; training is provided. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to our growing residential service business.

Responsibilities

• Represent Binsky Home Service and Lennox inside assigned BJ's Wholesale Club locations.
• Proactively engage BJ's members in friendly conversations.
• Qualify homeowners about current heating and cooling systems.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC replacement consultations.
• Schedule appointments for Comfort Advisors.
• Collect customer contact information and appointment details.
• Maintain the lead-generation area neatly and professionally.
• Meet goals for conversations, leads and appointments.
• Communicate activity and results to management.
• Follow BJ's, Lennox and company policies.
