American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores in Littleton, CO. Earn $22.00-$24.00 per hour plus commission, with earning potential $25-$35/hour on average, and flexible weekend availability.

This role includes paid training, weekly pay, and a path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
