Job summary

lululemon in San Diego is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our store. You will engage guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically convey our community and culture.

On the shop floor you’ll move to assist guests, restock, present products, and use in-store technology to support operations. You’ll also help maintain a luxury environment, follow safety policies, and work with the team to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs per company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
