lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in our San Francisco store. You will engage with guests, share knowledge aboutPerformance apparel, and embody our culture and community.

You will work on the sales floor, support store operations, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment while upholding company standards and guest-first service.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to deliver world-class service and authentic product education.
• Assess guest needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Explain product features and benefits to guests.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move around the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
