Job summary

You will collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team, drive program execution, report customer insights, and ensure plan-o-grams are followed. A driver’s license and vehicle are required, with 76%–100% travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years in sales, merchandising, or customer service encouraged.
• Must be located in the Tampa area or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license; willing to drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and merchandising in-store while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Create and manage creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Act as brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge.
• Execute all sales programs and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to execute plans.
• Gather customer insights and report needs to internal teams.
• Maintain territory accounts and manage POS materials.
