Circle K in Zimmerman, MN is hiring a Food Captain to lead in-store food execution, training, and safety. You will ensure FIFO, display per planogram, and help reduce waste while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in FMCG/foodservice, leadership ability, ServSafe/NRFSP certifications, and strong English communication; French is a plus in Quebec. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education/instructional or equivalent retail training experience.
• Minimum 2 years in FMCG retail or foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership and team building.
• ServSafe and NRFSP certifications.
• Strong English communication; French helpful in Quebec.

Responsabilités

• Food category expert in store and ensure execution to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Train and coach store associates on food production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Be the go-to person for food questions in-store for employees.
• Plan and lead in-store food sampling for employees and customers.
• Conduct in-store trainings on new Foodservice programs and train-the-trainer activities.
• Ensure FIFO and proper food rotation and planogram compliance.
• Assist with food product ordering to reduce out-of-stocks and shrink.
• Monitor shrink and work to maximize foodservice profitability.
• Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver training programs.
