Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth at The Home Depot locations nationwide. You will execute in-store promotions, product demos, and store walks, leveraging data analytics to optimize merchandising and sell-through while delivering best-in-class customer engagement.

Responsibilities include planning events, supporting brand marketing initiatives, building long-term partnerships with Home Depot staff, and ensuring product availability

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and attend meetings.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• MS Office proficiency and basic data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; leverage data analytics to optimize decisions.
