Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and guidance to shoppers in-store. You will leverage fashion knowledge to tell stories, promote products, and support a seamless Omni experience where available.

As part of a collaborative store team, you will help maintain visual standards, assist with stock, and participate in training to grow within the role. This is an hourly, non-exempt position in our retail team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
