Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring top-notch service to Club members and supporting grand openings.

The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators. The position offers a set Tue-Sat schedule from 8:30AM–5:30PM, full benefits, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in a client-side, branded CPG environment or mix of supplier/client experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail oriented with ability to coach and develop staff
• Experience in retail, hospitality or food environments preferred
• Ability to travel and manage events

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff
• Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety
• Train demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service
• Coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators
• Participate in grand openings for new locations
• Manage event activation, sales and operational costs
• Lead and develop team to achieve revenue objectives
