Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secured in the backroom area.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events and past events in their store when the Supervisor is absent.
• Act as the point of contact for all events conducted in the store when the Supervisor is unavailable.
• Assist Supervisor by providing leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Acquire knowledge of the products represented and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances, while complying with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation and uphold professional appearance.
