Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Murrieta, CA is seeking an Associate for in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers, and sell products professionally while managing event equipment in stores.

You’ll coordinate with store management when supervisors are away, lead by example, and maintain safe, clean workstations. The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with occasional travel and a focus on food safety and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with store management during events.
• Be the point of contact for events in the store when Supervisor is absent.
• Assist Supervisor by providing leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Explain and demonstrate product features and benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines.
