Job summary

Product Connections, a part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to run in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The role involves serving and selling, maintaining equipment, and upholding food safety during sampling.

You will interact with shoppers, relay product benefits, and assist with event audits and client reporting. The job is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours weekly, and requires a neat appearance, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related training.
• Food safety certification may be required depending on location.
• Local food handlers permit if required by regulation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demos.
• Communicate with store management about events when supervisor is absent.
• Be the point person for events and assist other staff as needed.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team during demos.
• Acquire product knowledge and actively engage consumers to sell.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Set up the Event Table and complete all assigned tasks.
• Document success with photos and complete audit requirements.
