Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, hires for in-store food and non-food demonstrations in retail settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate on a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the event equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured in the backroom area.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and execution of past events.
• Serve as the point person for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists with kits, materials and tools.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers.
• Prepare foods and serve samples following food safety guidelines and using appliances.
