Job summary

Product Connections is hiring for an in-store demonstration associate to run food and non-food demos, learn product details, and engage customers professionally. You will manage event equipment, prep samples with safety compliance, and assist store staff to ensure successful client events.

The role is part-time with flexibility in hours, requiring a neat appearance, good communication, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle equipment safely in a retail

Qualifications

• Education/experience as described: GED or high school diploma and up to 3 months related experience.
• Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in backroom areas.
• Communicate with store management about events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for events, assisting others with kits, materials and tools.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team in the absence of supervision.
• Inter intercept and engage consumers, explaining product features and benefits.
