Product Connections is conducting in-store demonstrations in various retail locations and is seeking an Associate to manage event equipment, serve and engage customers, and uphold food-safety standards. The role emphasizes professional presentation, strong communication, and the ability to lead during events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store teams, maintaining setup quality, and documenting success stories with photos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate on a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Coordinate with store management on upcoming events when supervisor is absent.
• Be the point person for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team during events.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to consumers.
