Job summary

Product Connections is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations in our client locations. You will master product knowledge, engage shoppers and drive sales while managing event equipment and maintaining safety standards.

This role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours per week, and requires a neat appearance and strong communication in English. Responsibilities include setting up demo tables, coordinating with store staff, tracking supplies, and reporting results.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Act as point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and assist the team during events and demonstrations.
• Engage customers and explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using appliances.
• Set up Event Table and ensure clean, organized workstation.
• Complete all tasks and reports on time.
