Job summary

Product Connections seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring product knowledge and presenting offerings professionally in a retail setting.

The role requires equipment management, strong communication with store staff, and the ability to engage customers to drive sales while adhering to food safety standards. Up to 25 hours per week, with flexibility by client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handler permit (if required).
• Proficiency with basic computer and mobile device applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Be the point of contact when Supervisor is absent and coordinate with store management.
• Lead and assist the team during events and ensure accurate setup and teardown.
• Proactively engage customers, explain product features, and drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using standard equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
