Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers with a professional approach. You will manage event equipment and coordinate with store personnel to ensure successful executions.

The role emphasizes food safety, proper setup, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handler permits if required.
• Proficient use of personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in backroom areas.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events in supervisor's absence.
• Serve, demonstrate, intercept customers, and sell products professionally.
• Lead the event team when supervisor is absent and assist other event specialists.
• Acquire product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to consumers.
