Job summary

Acosta Group, via Product Connections, seeks a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will set up equipment, demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and drive sales while maintaining safety and professionalism.

The role emphasizes leadership during Supervisor absence, knowledge of products, and accurate documentation. Retail environment with limited travel and up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent about upcoming events and execution.
• Serve, demonstrate, and engage consumers to sell products in a professional manner.
• Lead the team in the Supervisor's absence and provide knowledge to the group.
• Prepare foods using raw products and kitchen appliances while following safety guidelines.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet client objectives.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on the same day as events.
