The role emphasizes guest connection, product education, and collaboration with leadership to continually improve guest satisfaction in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests' time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
