Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Team Leader, Trade to energize the sales floor and lead a designated team alongside the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade. You will coach staff, manage workloads, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving daily sales goals.

You will spend substantial time on the sales floor coaching, observing operations, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Open availability for full-time, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area
• Support all aspects of performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance directly to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures
• Understand and follow company systems, policies and loss prevention, security and safety guidelines
• Promote sales as they pertain to the Leader On Duty (LOD) responsibilities
• Communicate with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results and customer feedback
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service
