Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, focuses on in-store demos and experiential marketing within retail environments. The associate will demonstrate products, engage with consumers, and maintain professional appearance throughout shifts.

Role involves preparing samples with kitchen appliances, documenting activities, and coordinating with store personnel to achieve client objectives. Part-time, on-site in retail settings.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience.
• Computer skills: Proficient navigating PC/mobile devices with internal systems.
• Certificates/licenses: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge to represent the products.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer positively.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker).
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
