Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, conducts in-store demos and experiential marketing to connect brands with shoppers. The Associate role supports product demonstrations, engages consumers, and maintains food safety and professional standards during events.

Responsibilities include knowledge acquisition, displaying features, handling equipment, and reporting outcomes. It is a part-time, retail-based position with potential travel and a focus on customer engagement and sales support.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PC or mobile devices and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses: Local Food Handler permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 25 lbs, handle various equipment.
• Work Environment: Retail store environment, occasional travel.
• Language Skills: English; bilingual may be required.

Responsabilités

• Gain knowledge of products represented and communicate features to consumers.
• Intercept, engage and sell product to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements the same day as events.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet client objectives.
