Job summary

Crossmark is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products in a retail setting across the Livermore area. You will acquire product knowledge, engage customers, and demonstrate features while maintaining a professional appearance and a safe work area.

The role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours per week, with responsibilities including setup, execution, and coordination with store staff. Proficiency with basic computer tools and email is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate company systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds (up to 50 occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Learn products and accurately present features to customers.
• Engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples using common appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for demonstrations.
• Maintain professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
• Submit expenses and all online requirements on the same day as events.
• Access the internet and use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Collaborate with store personnel to meet company objectives.
