Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time in-store Demonstrator in the Atlanta area to perform food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage shoppers with professional presentations.

The role requires standing for shifts, handling equipment, and maintaining a clean workstation. You will follow client instructions, complete on-time reports, and support store personnel to meet company objectives. No supervisory duties are involved, and a flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gains adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercepts, engages, interacts, and sells product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicates features and benefits of the product.
• Prepares and serves food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintains a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
• Completes expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Builds rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
