Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, ensure quality product preparation and presentation, and train staff for exceptional member service. The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation, and food safety compliance.
• Train demonstrators in presentation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Support new location grand openings as needed.
