Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members.

This role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, offering comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation, and food safety/sanitation.
• Train demonstrators in preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
